The apartment uses a prepaid electricity system, which is common in rental properties in Curaçao. It works similarly to a prepaid calling card: you purchase power credit for a chosen amount, and the duration of use depends on your electricity consumption.

At least 24 hours prior to the arrival of each new guest, the entire apartment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.

We use effective professional cleaning products, including disinfecting solutions and alcohol-based cleaners, to ensure a fresh and hygienic environment.

In addition, we pay special attention to the cleaning and sanitizing of high-touch surfaces and frequently used areas throughout the apartment.
